Privacy policy

We keep as little personal data as we need to run the membership. This page explains what, why, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who is responsible
Operated by: Trading Partners
Address: 724 Lenox Rd, Brooklyn, NY 11203, USA
Email: royalartsbiz@gmail.com
2. What we collect and why
- Account data — name, email, password (stored encrypted) or your Google / Lovable sign-in, and the date you accepted our terms. Needed to provide the membership (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Membership status — whether your access is active, matched against your PayPal payment email. Needed to provide the membership (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Technical data — IP address, browser and error logs our hosting creates automatically to keep the site secure and working (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Payment records — kept as long as tax and accounting law requires (Art. 6(1)(c)). We never see your card or bank details; PayPal handles payment.
3. Who else is involved
- Our hosting and database provider, which stores the site and account data on our behalf.
- PayPal processes your subscription as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.
- Telegram, if you join our channel — governed by Telegram's own privacy policy.
- AI and market-data services we use to prepare trade ideas and video summaries. They receive price data and our videos, not your personal data.
Some of these providers are based outside the EU. Where that's the case, transfers are covered by an EU adequacy decision (such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. Cookies and local storage
We only use what's strictly necessary to keep you signed in. We use no advertising or tracking cookies, and our fonts are served from our own site, so no consent banner is needed.
5. How long we keep it
Account data is kept while you have an account and deleted within 30 days after you ask us to close it, except records we must keep by law (typically up to 10 years for accounting records).
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the data we hold about you and get a copy;
- have it corrected or deleted;
- restrict or object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw any consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing;
- complain to a data-protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU country where you live.
To use any of these rights, email royalartsbiz@gmail.com. We reply within one month.
